The young soprano Amélie Hois was born in Austria (Vienna), where she had her first experiences with classical music and sang in the children's choir of the Vienna State Opera. There she sang many soloist roles as a young child, such as the shepherd boy in Puccini's "Tosca". At the Mozarteum University in Salzburg she studied solo singing with the famous Soprano Michele Crider and acting. Amélie graduated summa cum laude in June 2018. Next to singing Amélie also studied doublebass at the University of Music in Vienna.
